FASTECH
Fastech is the preparation area studied and planned by USI Italia in order to carry out all the phases of the preparation of a vehicle or a part of it, contributing to increasing the body shop’s productivity.
The exhaust effect around the vehicle, achieved by our extraction fans, captures the dust created during the sanding phase avoiding dispersal into the work place.
Synchro
Synchro is the new USI ITALIA preparation area for painting. With Synchro we have applied our exclusive Chronotech technology to preparation areas.
PRODUCTIVITY INCREASE, LOWERING OF ENERGY AND FUEL CONSUMPTIONS AND OF RUNNING COSTS are now reachable goals also for preparation areas.
CARGO
Cargo is the spray booth specifically designed by USI ITALIA for those companies dedicated to the production and the repairing of commercial vehicles (busses, trucks, etc.) and for the industrial painting of big sized parts (e.g. tanks, cranes, etc.).
Cargo has been produced considering the particular conditions of use typical of this field, therefore it is strong, reliable, with air volumes appropriate to the actual conditions of use.
Mixing Room
USI ITALIA Mixing rooms have been designed to provide a bright, clean and well-ventilated area for mixing paints. Our mixing rooms are made of sturdy sheet metal prepainted inside and outside, constructed with modular panels which allow future expansion, easy to assemble and disassemble.
