The PTC – Paint Test Cabinet is a special multifunctional cabinet to be installed in the general area mainly dedicated to sample testing for colour matching.
The structure of the USI Italia Paint Test Cabinet can be divided into 3 components:
The upper part is dedicated to housing a fan for air extraction, and a lighting system.
The lighting is only switched on when the ventilation starts.
If the fan stops due to lack of power supply, the operation of the lighting is interrupted.
The central part is equipped with 4 sets of glass filters already inserted in a cardboard frame for quick and easy replacement and is the dedicated part for sample spray tests.
The air speed in the vicinity of the filters is about 0.5 m/sec, and the application area is well illuminated by the upper module.
The lower part consists of a cabinet with doors and a key lock, inside of which there is a shelving unit where all the supplies needed for repair or painting can be placed or stored.
The PTC is a powerful product and is delivered ready to use.
Necessary add-ons include a small pipe, also made of flexible rubber, which will be used to flush out the volatile organic compounds, and an electrical power cable.
Simple, right?
The PTC – Paint Test Cabinet is intended for use and installation in general areas according to ATEX classification.
If you have installation needs in Zone 2, we can offer you the most suitable alternative, with the same performance level.
Everything that can enhance the range of product used in body shops and in the industrial sector with high-performance solutions that integrate perfectly with USI Italia systems.
