USI Italia designed a tailor-made industrial painting system featuring:

• Optimized Dimensions: Measuring 24 meters in length (16+9), 6 meters in width, and 5 meters in height, the system fits perfectly within the available space.
• Modular Structure: The modular design allows the use of stages of varying lengths, facilitating the painting of components of different sizes.
• Semi-Vertical Airflow: The lateral filtration system with pleated inertial cardboard filters ensures effective filtration, enhancing painting quality and operator safety.
• Manual Overhead Conveyor: Designed with a loop circuit, it features an automation that extends the conveyor from 15 to 24 meters as needed, simplifying the handling of large components.
• Retractable Intermediate Pillar: The intermediate pillar between the two side doors of the longer stage (15m) is retractable, easing access for larger components.
• Inverter-Controlled Ventilation System: Adjusts air volumes according to specific processing phases, reducing energy consumption and optimizing operational efficiency.
• Advanced Remote Control: Real-time monitoring of operational parameters, with remote intervention capability by USI Italia, ensuring maximum reliability.
• Simplified Maintenance: Design facilitates access to main components, reducing downtime and enhancing production continuity.
