DGTouch SAT is the remote extension of the main DGTouch control panel.
It has been designed to make system management more practical by bringing essential controls to a more convenient location, such as the mixing room, the front of the booth, or the opposite side of the system.
The main panel always remains the control center. DGTouch SAT works alongside it, allowing the operator to work with greater continuity, fewer movements, and more convenience.
DGTouch SAT is a remote control panel that replicates the main operating functions of the DGTouch panel from a satellite location.
It does not replace the main panel: it complements it.
For this reason, it is especially useful when the place where the operator works every day does not coincide with the place where the main system control panel is located.
DGTouch SAT is the right choice when the distance between the operator and the main control panel slows down the work or makes system management less smooth.
Designed for installations inside the mixing room.
Designed for built-in solutions on the front side or on the opposite side of the system. It is especially suitable for cargo applications or large spray booths.
To install DGTouch SAT, the main control panel must be DGTouch.
If the system is not equipped with a DGTouch panel, this add-on is not included in the standard configuration.
DGTouch SAT has been developed to remotely manage the main operating controls of DGTouch.
Important note: DGTouch SAT allows you to start, stop, and manage operating phases, but it does not allow you to create new phases directly from the satellite panel.
The operator can manage the main controls from the area where the work is actually being carried out, avoiding constant returns to the central panel.
In the mixing room, for example, it is possible to prepare the paint and manage the booth’s essential controls from the same workstation.
In cargo booths or layouts developed along multiple sides, even a few repeated movements every day can slow down the workflow. DGTouch SAT helps reduce this impact.
Reducing unnecessary walking makes daily work more natural, smoother, and less dispersive.

In systems with a separate mixing room, large booths, or distributed workstations, the operational advantage becomes much more tangible.
No. DGTouch SAT is an additional control panel. The main DGTouch panel always remains the system’s reference point.
DGTouch SAT requires the presence of a DGTouch main control panel. For retrofit projects or special configurations, feasibility must be assessed according to the installed system.
The 7” touch version is designed for installations inside the mixing room.
The 11” version is generally the most suitable solution for installations on the front side or on the opposite side of the system.
From the satellite panel, you can manage the main DGTouch operating functions: phase start and stop, temperature, phase duration, lights, burner, and the silencing of certain alarms.
No. DGTouch SAT allows you to manage existing phases, but not to create new ones.
It depends on the layout. In very compact systems, the advantage may be more limited. In larger systems or with separate workstations, the operational benefit is generally more evident.
Every system has a different operating layout.
